After using the regular Creatine this one "hit me" hard. On the jar it states that the suggested serving is 5 g which is about 1 teaspoon. If you dissolve it in 1 glass of water that becomes as sour as 1 teaspoon of citric acid dissolved in the same amount. I am still finding my balance in the amount that should be used and that my stomach actually can handle. Certainly needs to be dissolved in more than just one glass of water or mixed with something else to offset the acidity. After doing some research online, it looks the suggested amount of CREATINE HCL is less than regular creatine which would explain if this product is used as less than the suggested 5 g. So, I can not give 5* as of yet. It does dissolve very good and if maybe just those 1.5 g (that several online sources suggest) per 300 ml is used, it might be easier to actually enjoy it.
