This protein powder is completely raw - zero additions.Suits me as I to control what I take. However, you still have to sweeten it yourself, otherwise the taste is quite horrible. For me it's not a problem - I blend it with a lot of different options - berries, artificial sweetener, banana, cocoa powder - it's the perfect foundation for whatever you the most. The biggest issue is getting it do dissolve - I usually use the blender, which works perfectly, but when I tried to just stir with a spoon, it doesn't work very well. I think using a shake would do it, but I don't have one.
