How to Use:
Serving size: 4 capsule(s).
Take 2 capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and 2 shortly afterwards with water. Maximum 4 capsules daily.
For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Store dry, away from light and out of reach of children.
