Ingredients: bcaa (l-leucine, l-isoleucine, l-valine), capsule shell: gelatin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

May contain cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs and derived products.

How to Use:

Serving size: 3 capsules.
Take 1-2 servings daily.
On training days take 1 serving before and 1 immediately after training. On rest days take 1 serving in the morning after waking. Take with 250 ml water.
