Directions for MUSCLE RE-FUEL PRO:
1 serving = mix 2 scoops of powder (25 g) an 500 ml water.
In general hydration strategy for >90 min. activities*:
1. Drink approx. 200-250 ml 30 min. before sport.
2. Drink 150-250 ml every 15 min. during sport.
*During sport activities you should consume 60-90g carbohydrates every 60 min., depending on the intensity and duration. MUSCLE RE-FUEL PRO provide 16g carbohydrate to your needs per 1 serving (500 ml).
*The electrolyte levels in MUSCLE RE-FUEL PRO should be adequate for most race conditions. However, when sweat rates are very high, we recommend adding 1/2 serving of MINERALS BASIC PRO to every 500ml of MUSCLE RE-FUEL PRO to boost the electrolyte content further.
